Is this Iceland clap a "thing" now then? I'm too old for this shit 😂

Imagine the reaction from our lot if Wigan were doing it, is all I'll say. Was bad enough when they came back from their short stay European adventure doing that "ooh!... ahh!" bollocks.

Small time pal

One of them isn’t it. I find the clap cringey but we will all be doing it come Saturday if he nicks one last minute.

It's a harmless bit of fun. We've had a shitter of a decade, let folk enjoy themselves. At least it isn't something seen at every ground like the .....get battered everywhere they go crap.

Aye.

When those Icelanders did it properly it was quite an impressive sight!

Our lot just need some practice.

We are good at booing, maybe we could slow hand clap and add some boos to lift the tempo😬

It has been way, way too long since we did any booing. Must be easily 4 games now?

Can't see it. He's already got a whiff of being the Icelandic Rasiak about him.

Aye it’s definitely a vibe I get , the Ian Moores syndrome

non scoring CF (one for the oldies)

We do need to give the lad a chance!

As it happens, D&D are doing well up front, so he's not a likely starter.

We've no Kachunga, so needed someone.

Evatt done well again this window, and no reason yet to doubt the fella.

I reckon he'll do a job for us, if he chips in even with say 5 goals by the end of the season some of those could be crucial.

If he does, I'll give him a dose of the clap myself.

Even coming on as a sub when we're winning, working hard defending from the front and protecting the legs of the starters, is fine by me.

Keep the run going!

It was more in jest tbh , if he doesn’t score many goals he might provide the physical challenge that’s required in some games , poor man’s KD so to speak might even bag from a corner!

He'll be right when winter actually arrives.

Beast from the east in March.

He's worn gloves in all his appearances so far.

He does look to have more footballing ability than Baka though.  I'm expecting him to start a game before Baka does next.

I'd say about 3 and 3 quarters.  There was definitely some booing in the early parts of the Ipswich game when Trafford and the centre backs were fannying about/playing out from the back *

Good reason to boo the soft cunt then.

A win, 2-1

We can always put Bodvarsson in midfield. Could be the next Elmander.

eh @Zico? Eh?

Looks intelligent footballer, decent touch and not selfish, think he could be a perfect foil for Charles and Dapo.

Didnt hear booing but defo heard “what the fuck is happening” and despite all the wanking off it’s right. We could have easily lost that early doors fucking about at the back. Same mistake 3 times I think it was

We got away with it early on v Ipswich, its been a breath of fresh air in the last 2 home games that there's been hardly any fannying about at the back.  Helped I think by the opposition deliberately putting us under pressure and forcing our hand a bit.  But add that to 2 up front, not everyone back at corners if I'm not mistaken, round pegs in round holes with no left footed right backs etc, this is fantasy football!  Genuinely the most exciting period in recent years.
