The transfer window and the last 4 results, together with the speed this sold out just gives a feeling the juggernaut has been fixed, is back in gear and on the road again.

Thing is,  they can see,  based on ticket sales for the journey,  just how busy the route will be today. Just make sure the trains between 9 and 1 o'clock get crews and then cancel after. 

The massive issue is the eleven carriage trains between Preston and Lancaster then become a two carriage rattler between Lancaster and Morecambe.

They won't have thought about that.
