farnworth white Posted December 17, 2025 Posted December 17, 2025 (edited) Got to keep believing. Yes, they’ve got runs on the board but we do need 2 quick wickets then bat for 2 days to get some kind of lead. Lyon could be key for them today, he is the leading test wicket taker at this ground. Forecast 40 degrees today so that should test the likes of Starc and Cummins. Important to initially get through Starcs first over and hopefully some of the batters have learned from the mistakes from the first 2 tests. Saw quite a few at the game from Bolton yesterday. Bumped into Bobby Brno and his lad in a bar in the city after the game. Highest ever attendance for a cricket match at the Adelaide Oval, 56,298. Edited December 17, 2025 by farnworth white Quote

Try and get to Barossa especially if you like a glass of red. Quote

But for lack of work opportunities, the one you'd likely choose to live in. Delightful stretch up from Glenelg through the likes of Henley and up to Semaphore. Quote

They also said, and I'm not surprised, that the majority of the "barmy army" are incredibly boorish middle aged nonce types, so they're trying to keep away from them, but apparently there are absolutely loads of them, everywhere 😁 Quote

Marc505 Posted December 21, 2025 Posted December 21, 2025 https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/articles/c79xynw7e39o More days of drinking in Brisbane than actual days of test cricket, superb 😀 Hope they went to Felons at least, what a place. Quote
BobyBrno Posted December 21, 2025 Posted December 21, 2025 5 great days of cricket but a disappointing result. Another record breaking attendance for a Test Match. We go again in Melbourne. 👍🏏 Quote
