  • Can not speak for @gonzo but coming back yesterday we ended up with one  of our seats double booked with a protester. We chatted most of the way back, I told him I  was not a supporter and he was fine

  • I just wish folk would stop producing bollocks information and spreading it. 3 kids have been murdered ffs and the first thing someone can think of is set up a fake twitter profile and post some

  • Anyone who thinks Starmer covered up for grooming gangs because he in some way thinks it’s ok, is off their fucking box. Hes a dull as shit, methodical legal cunt. Unfortunately, to get justice p

It's a little resistance to the red poppy fascism and jingoism that thrives this time of year.

You would be very welcome at Parkhead matey. What absolute fucking nonsense but of course your right to spout such bollocks was preserved by those who the red poppy pays respect to.

I don't think they are a bad idea mind. An identifier is always helpful.

Someone on here once said we should keep politics out of football.

Struggling to remember who it was just for now…

You may have a point here cobber.  If I'm wearing one, there's no danger anyone will think I'm you! ;)

Bolty, a man who speaks in soundbites.

He's almost too perfect.

I love the bloke, I do.

Admit it FFS. If not a fully paid up member then certainly a tacit supporter.

I sympathise with anyone trying to tackle the climate crisis - absolutely no support for the current tactics of XR though.

I'd like to think most people think like this

Stop it. Fucks up my view of the natural order of things.

I won't say this too often, Sweep is correct.

To be fair on them, the R does stand for rebellion. If they were just moaning then XM it would be. Absolute bellends though, the ones in Manc definitely lived in a big house in Chorlton, then donned their scruffs for protesting.

I see there is one of them Bolton/Rangers flags and a "No Surrender" one as well, which pretty much tells us all we need to know about the owner of that house

When a poppy and a minutes silence was an act of liberal traitorship.

It's happened because people are clinging onto something and lost the sense of what remberance actually is.

A bit like Christmas

You’re a military chap

Is it not all a bit undignified at times?

Christmas is a celebration and lost its dignity a long time ago.

Armistice day is more reflective, I’d have thought? Wouldn’t want it going the same way, dunno.

each to their own, but I’m not sure We all remember. A garden full of metal statues isn’t going to help me remember better.

I'll have my Christmas dinner and give my kids gifts on Christmas day.

I'll wear a poppy and go to my local cenotaph on remembrance Sunday.

Like normal folk.

Each to their own for me. I’ll wear a poppy and pop down to the cenotaph on the Sunday to pay my respects. All big occasions will attract a few who go over the top, it’s the times we are in.
