With top tiers shut it will be very busy in ESL and WSL, its easy to get tickets if there's only 1 or 2 of you but if folk want 3 or 4 seats together I wouldn't be leaving it till 2.45 on the day. NSL is normally about a quarter full for cup games so yes, sit where you want there. Quote
