So far for me sheff weds & Derby the most physical big lads all over the place

funny one Plymouth remember watching them against Exeter champagne football at times

ipswich ripped us 2nd half at theirs and couldn’t score, haven’t seen much of them really though

can’t help think if IE hadn’t fucked about making 4/5 changes per game last year we would be in Plymouth’s position

In my opinion and it's just an opinion, we're a smaller club than Sheff Weds(not much) same size as Derby County, bigger than Ipswich and  Pompey. What we might lack in attendances to others, we

Hmmm, we’ve conceded 1 in 7.

What makes you think that Derby will score 2 or 3?

because i think we have been fairly lucky to just concede 1

theres been a few blocks/clearances that have flown just over, at least one hit our own bar, aimsons clearance v plymouth, a few free headers

hope we keep yet another clean sheet, i just think we are due

That's what gets clubs promoted from this league.

Meh, you make your own luck.

Defended really well and got what they deserved.

Absolutely always said this

Don’t get me wrong you need creativity but you need some steel, tbf we’re improving in that department don’t seem soft touches anymore

Agree Steejay you do make your own luck and let’s be honest we’ve missed far more chances to score than we have concede so whichever way you look at it we’re better than our points total suggests.

As for the top 3, Owls and Ipswich for me too, I still think Plymouth have been mighty fortunate to get many of their results and sooner or later that luck will change. Not knocking them they’ve done well but I just think they will drop off over the next few months. We’ll beat Derby on Saturday as we should have here but I think the top 2 will be too much to ask.

Aye, blocks and clearances that have gone just over- a sign of good defending perhaps, and lads putting their bodies on the line for the cause.

I'd also add that in the home game Dapo and Sheehan started. Reckon our starting 11 this time will be stronger. No guarantees obviously, but who knows.

People say Plymouth will slip out of the top two.
If we've serious aspirations of our own, we'll need to get results against Plymouth's main rivals, thus helping the Janners along the way.

Plymouth will go up. Done some good business in January to strengthen even further too.

I think people are underrating them a little based on their poor performance against us.

Actually fancy us for this. Important not to overestimate them like I think we did to a degree a few week ago.

Though I’ll say my usual. Any type of win will do please!!!

We really could do with getting something from the game with these going on elsewhere...

Depends if he wants to be involved or if he's set his mind elsewhere.

Correct.

If he still wants to be involved then absolutely he should be on the bench.  if he doesn't then he should be training with the kids.
