Seriously thought the main concern for me wasn't attack, it was Nicky hunt. I know Pedersen isn't great at left back but Gardner and Fortune should be enough for there once they're fit. As far as i'm concerned we don't have any right backs in the squad, Joey O Brien could establish himself there but only after a while, Hunt just isn't good enough

A penalty that he won himself though, it's no different than Stelios misses but he should've stuck away about 3 sitters instead of the one golden oppurtunity diouf had. He showed great skill on the wing cutting into the box.

Campo was pretty good yesterday, very comfortable on the ball, but since he was fairly far back he's not getting the chances to be so creative. A lot of the time I can remember wanting him to have a pop but he didn't look like he was ever going to shoot the whole game. Most of his passes out to the wings were good.

I'd agree with most of what you said, except for the bit about hunt combining well, and having a good game.. i thought he was absolutely terrible. If he does have any talent hidden within that lanky awkard exterior he doesn't have the confidence to express it. I remember he cut the ball out once, which was his only positive contribution. When the ball came to him he tapped at it ineffectually often giving away possesion. His attempts at playing it up the line or crossing it usually ended up putting it out of play. As far as i'm concerned i'd be happy to have anyone else there instead of him, maybe since we've got options in central midfield we could put gary speed there until Joey O Brien is fit. I thought Diouf was the best player on the night for Bolton, and Nolan and Speed only really started getting into the game when it was too late. Pedersen didn't do too badly except against pacy Darren Bent a few times. I'd definitely agree that Idan Tal looked good, actually creating a few chances and looking comfortable on the ball around the Charlton box

We need less of a combative player and more of a creative one, nobody seems to be able to pass into space at all, except tal from what i've seen.
