I think a midfield of Davies, Muamba and McCann could be what we've been looking for. Muamba has alwasy looked better with the more experienced McCann next to him, and two defensive mids should allow Davies the ability to join up with the front three a lot more.

Yes, let's! You seem to be insulting Megson for things that haven't even happened yet. Which does seem rather harsh to me! Plenty of positives from yesterday, Basham being the biggest, I, unlike many, was very pleased at his passing, he attemped the adventurous passes we've missed since Campo was playing well (so 2/3 years ago,) maybe not all found their man, but they were far more dangerous than simple 5 yard passes to the next man along the chain of midfielders.
