  1. We went to the semi-final Barca v Real Madrid in February. We were struggling to get tickets as the ones on Viagogo etc. were all £200+ so we decided to sack it. Also read quite a lot of reports of people getting scammed. Then - the day before the match, the club released some tickets - they were still €140 face value, but direct from the club. Great atmosphere until Real took the lead - and at 3-1 the Barca fans all did the 'Wigan Walk' Keep your eye on their web site for them releasing tickets. Enjoyed Barcelona - but you need to keep your wits about you. I got robbed at a bloody conference where it was a bloody fortune to get in and you needed to scan your ticket and show photo id to get in. My own fault - I left my bag next to my mate while I went for a pee, and somebody just picked it up. Police station on the site was full of people who had had their bags pinched.
  2. Guy next door to my mother, installed a 9 foot tall roller door instead of 'garage' gates - terraced houses. It stuck up about 3 feet above the wall line of all the other houses. We appealed against it, and found out it had never had planning permission. Council told him to take it down - he appeals. Council send him a letter to say they are coming to inspect on a certain date - he borrows a minibus to park. Council give him post-dated permission - arseholes. Several massive extensions on Ladybridge doubling the size of houses. One just down the road from us - ALL the neighbours objected - it still went through. Council planning permission in Bolton is a JOKE!

  21. It is a standard calendar format file, so if you save it,you SHOULD be able to import it into your wanky ipad - but not having an ipad, this is mere speculation

  23. Hi Geeks - http://www.wanderersways.com/forum/topic/78501-2013-2014-fixtures-in-outlook-format-finally/
  24. Sorry for the delay - busy day today. Fixtures for next season now available in outlook format. 1) go to http://www.gui-innov...fc2013-2014.vcs for Office 2007/2010, and when asked please SAVE the file. You may need to right-click on it and Save Target As or similar. Save the file as bwfc2013-2014.vcs 2) In outlook do File>Import And Export>Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file. Don't double-click on the file or you will only get the first fixture (Outlook problem - not mine) 3) Click on 'Next' 4) Change the file type to vCalender format(*.vcs) in the 'Files of type' box, and select the file you saved (bwfc2013-2014.vcs) Hopefully, your new fixtures should be imported into Outlook Any problems, I'm sure somebody will let me know Cheers

Saw him open the Hardrock in Stretford just after Hunky Dory came out. Saw him several times after that, until I realised I was one of the only blokes not in make up. Early stuff is brilliant, Hunky Dory, Ziggy Stardust - later stuff not as good - except Heros
