  1. Got the 50inch a few weeks ago - brilliant picture. Android based - updates every couple of weeks ago. Would recommend it - especially for the money. 50inch was £529 at Argos
  2. You should watch You've Been Trumped - bought off SNP - unbelievable what happened. Great documentary!
  3. Out in Liverpool last Thursday at Meet - Argentinian steak house, then a few scoops - decent night out!
  4. Bet the Samaritans phone lines were red hot!!
  5. Thought ALF spent more time on his arse and complaing to the ref, than he did on his feet.
  6. Top of the league
  7. Yep! - Sacked earlier tonight after they lost. Big Sam will be back there on Friday
  8. Think Southgate is a very poor choice for an international manager
  9. Fixtures for your Outlook calendar available in Geeks Corner
  10. Fixtures for next season now available in outlook format. 1) go to http://www.gui-innovations.com/BWFC/bwfc2015-2016.vcs for Office 2007/2010/2013, and when asked please SAVE the file. You may need to right-click on it and Save Target As or similar. Save the file as bwfc2015-2016.vcs 2) In outlook do File>Import And Export>Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file. Don't double-click on the file or you will only get the first fixture (Outlook problem - not mine) 3) Click on 'Next' 4) Change the file type to vCalender format(*.vcs) in the 'Files of type' box, and select the file you saved (bwfc2015-2016.vcs) Hopefully, your new fixtures should be imported into Outlook Any problems, I'm sure somebody will let me know Cheers
  11. http://www.bwfc.co.uk/fixtures-results/fixtures-list/ Will do fixtures for Outlook as soon as I can
  12. Mail reckons Amos deal is done
  13. Went for a pee at 2-0 down. Bloke next to me said "We'll win this - no problem" - should have asked him for the lottery numbers Wonderful occasion, and I remember the night after in Bolton town centre, car horns blaring etc. - everyone was so excited!
  14. Great Singer - and he wrote a lot of their songs too.
  15. Very much doubt it
  16. Yes - Bolton Casino was on Crompton Way, was the Bees Knees and is indeed now a NISA. Had some good soul acts on there - also saw Bob & Earl there.
  17. Saw him at the Bolton Casino back in the day - brilliant!!
  18. Mentioned before but currently:- Link for Brum match on hospitality page goes to a blan page if you request details on match or price They trumpet a mobile app for iPhone and Android - but no links on where to download it Must be other things - but it is just a pile of crap. I know it is the same template as other sites, but it is just so unprofessional looking
  19. Where do they keep getting photos of a full stadium - photoshopping people in, or changing the colours from the rugby team?
  20. puts a positive spin on our showing at Rotherham
  21. Just get the ferry to Capri - don't go on any organised tours - ferry is cheap.
  22. When they release the season tickets, it goes on the web site, and you can buy them online. Went to El Classico a couple of seasons ago, and they released tickets on the Monday afternoon for the match on the Teuesday evening. They are face value too.
  23. Quote from my Sunderland supporting mate:- "rubbish performance in same week as Fletcher flaunts his new £200K Lamborghini. What do they care pick up wages win or lose?"
  24. Didn't Trevor MacDonald once do a 'spoonerism' on the news when trying to say 'Kent Countryside' And Radio 4 made a mess of trying to introduce 'Jeremy Hunt'
