Agree with that . . . and again, although not too sure about Wilshere. Think he flatters to deceive a bit at this level but he could (with Lallana) have been the one to find that killer pass in a game. We have pace, youth and decent attacking options. I really shouldn't bother but have to say that my 'hang up' on the phrase is for a good reason. Whether it's intended or not it implies a privilege that is for a particular race - one that is demonstrably untrue in many western nations today despite social history. I used it as an e.g. to back up a point about the dangers of generalising a race/religion - that's exactly what it does in practice (again, the academic intention may not be that but that's the result). You can disagree with that but my thinking isn't muddled. Go and look up critiques of WP and you'll see that many in academia agree.
