2025 Holidays

So where’s everyone going?

St. Ives, Cornwall booked for early June.

Contemplating some winter/Easter sun.

We’ve sadly had to let our caravan go in Snowdonia, so won’t be having our usual few weeks there.

Doubt BD (GD) does many away matches. Saves his money for exotic holidays. He may of course be very rich. Who knows.😊

No, don’t do ODIs. 2nd time, fly and flop, but also looking to get around a bit more.

Easy to get around the island. if you haven't already booked a car do it now as cars are in short demand.

Fuck that, get on one of those little minibuses that come round about every 2 mins, costs about 10p to go anywhere on the island, went round Barbados about 3 times using them the last time I was there, and you can get wankered without having to drive

Any suggestions of weekends away in Europe? It’s other half’s 40th next April and I’m trying to be organised.

Fly to Vienna, train to Brno, train to Prague then fly home from Prague. Duration in each to suit taste and time.
It really doesn’t get much better.😊

Palma in Mallorca is a hugely overlooked city. Everyone just goes past it on the way to their egg and chip resorts.

Bratislava if you’re feeling like something different

Might be a while yet, mate.
I loved it and really wanted to go back.

40th.

Glastonbury.

It's all the rage. Allegedly, for me who is 2 years off hitting that mark and my mates trying to arrange us to go.

Let me know how you get on

Once did Vienna Bratislava and Budapest, hell of a trip. If you're feeling energetic there's an excellent bike path that follows the Danube.

Vienna is superb but I love Austria. Salzburg and Innsbruck both quality.

If its only a good drink in a lovely city you're after though, balls to going abroad - York all day long

In Krakow now.

Wizzair direct from LBA was less than £100 return.
