Been taking one a day. Had about 12 pints and half a bottle of red at the cricket yesterday, then a couple of beers on the way home. I feel right as rain this morning, which I think must be partly down to this wonderful little plant. So cheers. That said, I had a mooch round H&B and by the Christ, they don’t half sell some dreams in there. I reckon you could blend a load of dandelions, mouse faces and dog milk, put it in a green bottle and say it cures sciatica and the pensioners would happily pay £40 a drop. Its mental. They don’t have to prove anything, just say on the label “this supplement MIGHT stop you shitting blood” and job done. Still, the milk thistle worked, so they might be onto something. Tried at when at uni, and total rubbish. There is no way after 12 pints and a bottle of wine it's washing out any liver - and that's what gives the hangovers, getting rid of poison.
