Too watery & not as good a creamy head as Guinness. I've tried it. The head looks like that RAAC concrete they're taking out of schools. It tasted like it too.

I suspect they must do.
November 11, 20232 yr This answers a lot, I thought it was just me. I think they have pushed the vanilla flavour in the UK one a little bit too far and it overtakes everything. At least I don't remember it being such a strong flavour.
November 11, 20232 yr Alcohol duty is calculated on ABV, isn’t it? If Leffe drops 10% in strength, the company makes more money by selling at the same price. shrinkflation strikes again.

It is based on percentage points so 6-6.9 is the the same pence per litre. So in this case no change, happy to be corrected though.

December 16, 20232 yr I bought one of them nitrosurge things today and have been using it on some normal draught Guinness cans and some Black Heart cans using the pin trick. Definitely seems to give a creamier pint and better head and the like but might not have been the night to do a scientific test.

October 30, 20241 yr Tried a couple of these but it's not my cup o' tea. I prefer something much lighter and a touch more than 3.7% That's not me at the back by the way.
