March 8, 20242 yr It's a radical proposal but the train companies could perhaps hire and train more staff so the system isn't reliant of people doing overtime at weekends

March 8, 20242 yr @RUREADY2ROLL is having an absolute mare so far on this thread. We won’t tomorrow though. 0 - 3 to the Whites

Certainly no point in privatising anything, if features of contracts from the public era are carried over. About time new drivers are employed on new contracts that cover one or two days of the weekend, and including a weighting for that.

March 8, 20242 yr Today’s crap service was due to Government-owned rail maintenance companies not doing their job properly but there we go. Had to do a bit of unscheduled train hopping at Bristol Parkway, but fortune favours the brave and we are in situ and half a pint deep in Ship Inn 👍 COYWM

Remain a limited company so the shareholders are happy but are under government control so get a lot of subsidies. Everyone’s a winner says the man with the blue rosette. To keep the thread on track (🥁), bumped in to two Bolton females in a pub earlier. One has come down for the game, her cousin has come down just to go on the piss. They’d probably fit in quite well on here 😂 Edited March 8, 20242 yr by Leyther_Matt

March 9, 20242 yr Sheehan will be dropped to avoid a booking and miss the next 2 games . Tomo in his place , Dempsey further forward , Morley to come on if anyone is crap. If everyone was fit our team would be : Baxter Toal Santos Johnstone Tomo Sheehan Dempsey Gomes Collins Charles Bodvarsson If we go up I would expect to lose 2 of our strikers if not 3 and 2 left backs *NURSE* "He's on the computer again"
