US and others are calling for the President to stand down which might alleviate tensions, at least a little. The problem is how to intervene without appearing to be a colonial power. Strong leaders keeping their undesirables down by understanding intimately who they were dealing with. We got involved in dismantling two of those regimes which resulted in ISIS and other horrors being unleashed. Ignore the wokes and the lace handkerchief brigade.
