OKish. I'm on a course of eye injections at Wolverhampton Eye Hospital, and my patner is still having treatment for her breast cancer, altough the main treatments are 15 months behind us.

  • If my lad said that to female ref I'd be fucking embarrassed and drag him off myself.

Oo eck, play off time. When you're too close emotionally to the action it's difficult to offer a reasoned opinion ( like you lot are ) so if I may here goes from a pie eating perspective. I'll try to

Trains booked. £71 each open return. Stupid thing wouldn’t let me buy Wigan-Watford because there weren’t any seats, but of course Wigan-Euston is a doddle (and will end up costing us more) 🙄

Fri-Sun, staying in Watford

Missus thinking about driving as may only have 5 with kids in tow but looking at train now and thinking that would be a better option, just about timings getting back over to Euston.

Sent her a message this morning and she is leaning towards train now.

Hopefully it's not an ET and pens job.

Turning up this one I see

are trains back from Wembley after the game a pain in the arse? Drove last time but walking past the station it looked rammed

Unfortunately not. Just started walking without sticks. Raised it with my missus, she told me not to be so fucking stupid.

Aye it's pretty well run. They had road block type things after England game other week stopping it from being overcrowded.

We went via Marylebone as there was a Bolton fanzone pub on station, there was no queue at coming back, big queues going out of London but if heading back to centre was brilliant. Think people who park then drive in use this route, it is Chiltern trains and all trains stop at Wembley on match day.

10 minutes for journey, then about 35 minutes to King's Cross
