My brother in law on his death bed made me promise to go to docs for a health check up. I never usually do that. Turns out my Folic Acid is very low, simple to treat but can cause problems if left. Not say ing he saved my life but for the sake of a check up why take the risk. Your health is easy to take for granted even at my age ! 😀😃😆🤣
