I worked there for over 4 years on and off. Worked on every single part of the site and they all conversed in English to eachother every single minute of every day.

When we were gathered in their canteen with the factory floor lads they thought it was funny to speak to eachother in Welsh.

What is so hard about that to understand or comprehend?

OK mate. 😁 I've been been working there on-and-off for 20 years. I know shit loads of Welsh people. They're not sitting around speaking English waiting for an English person to join them before they speak Welsh.
