Might feel it to you but it’s not is it, we are 10th, does that feel like 4 points?

For their goal, there is blame for Schon, Johnston, Baxter and Santos. A calamity from all of them but it seems Santos is the scapegoat.

Schon is goal side of his man and then just stops tracking him, leaving him clean through 1 on 1.

Johnston didn’t even try to win the header - he was too busy trying to shove the other guy in the back. Don’t let the ball bounce and it never reaches their player.

Santos was the “spare” man, so wasn’t meant to be picking up the scorer. However, he should have been quicker off the mark to cover the space in behind, if GJ misses the header or if there was a flick on.

Baxter was in no man’s land. Either come for the ball and win it or retreat and give yourself a chance to save it. He did neither and ended up stood just outside the box, so he couldn’t attempt a save as it was poked past him.

I don't enjoy the nth degree stuff neither.

Magennis had reported to the ref that he had been subjected to racist abuse from our supporters

Like saying Trump masterminded a great bit of political skill in beating the sleepy one!

He has to score to get the credit even if we win? 😀

Presume its tongue in cheek, he's scored 1 from open play in half a season (when they were 4-0 up at Stockport).  Even if we get a pen he's unlikely to be taking it.

Yee had little faith 😂

Credit to Morley, ultimate professional pulling that out of the bag today.

And credit where credit is due to Evatt. I didn’t think Evatt was going to pick him today.

I fully expected him to be on the bench and hear stuff about he’s had a busy week, no time on the grass, not up to speed yet with how we are playing blah blah.

Hopefully he’s alongside two other midfielders next week

Him Matete and Tomo should be the preferred 3. It frees Tomo up to be in his best position behind the front 2 and harassing the opposition

Agreed.

I wanted to see that today. Even more so now for next week, after Lolos had what I thought was a poor game today

No credit at all to Evatt; dropped Matete and risked no goalie on the bench - he is a useless clown

Scrappy winner against a poor team in the end.

Lots of comments about the midfield but the reality is we created enough quality chances to score 4 or 5 goals and couldn’t take them and we conceded because of defensive sloppiness pure and simple so if anything the room for improvement is at the front and the back rather than the middle.
