However, he should have been quicker off the mark to cover the space in behind, if GJ misses the header or if there was a flick on. Baxter was in no man’s land. Either come for the ball and win it or retreat and give yourself a chance to save it. He did neither and ended up stood just outside the box, so he couldn’t attempt a save as it was poked past him.
