Great result. Played well for the first twenty minutes and then we were poor until the last few minutes. Gifted them a goal and they gifted us two back. Very generous of them

At the time it was up for grabs it would’ve been Johnston or Sheehan. Players that when fit would play, can organise and/or influence the game.

just get the feeling the captaincy is affecting GT at the min. Whether it’s now because he’s thinking about his game more, not flying in or being as reckless but he’s gone from one extreme to the other and his influence in the game which is the most important aspect, is on the down slope

An absolute robbery, but I couldn't give a single shiny shite. This game is about moments, and the incredulous limbs once we realised we'd won it, were fucking awesome. Never mind that we effectively cheered a PA bollocking for racial abuse... what timing! (Whoever in the seats did that, give your head a wobble, you twat)

I'm enjoying a Devon Red or two, and the sleet-battered, quite pretty city. *Almost* as much as I enjoyed the players parking Evattball for 5 minutes and actually wanting to win a game.

10/10 marks to Mrs TM for enabling me to play out. 

0/10 for January's credit card statement.

Much as I've been one of Evatts critics and I still feel we will never go up with him in charge I'm more than happy for those magnificent supporters today and especially for Aaron Morley.

Thank God that by hook or by crook we somehow managed to win that bloody awful game and move on.

IE won't change his tactics he's made that clear and we used up quite a bit of luck today however i won't begrudge him a few drinks tonight to celebrate.

I just wished it could be a turning point in our season but just can't see it.

He almost claimed an assist for the Morley goal by saying he got him further forward for the goal . No mention that he had him playing to deep for 80 minutes

Thomo has played a few close together, and perhaps needed a break.

Fresh legs etc, especially against other midfielders that may be tiring, and a team that was starting to settle for the 1-0.

I suppose that's why subs are used, though I don't understand why they both didn't start today.

Fair comments but 1. if  Matete was getting pelters at Mansfield, we've got more braindead fans than I though  2.  Tomo's done some good things for us, and scored a couple of crackers, but its become like the Cogley situation - worth a place in the squad, a useful player and very dependable fitness wise, but when did they become undroppable/never rotated?  IE finally seeing sense with JDC, but it takes him so long to cotton on.
