I suppose that was Evatt's fault again.

Well, he dropped our No.1 keeper and doesn't instruct his defenders to mark up at set pieces, so yes that's down to IE as much as its down to Southwood's appalling error.  Not the first goal he conceded where he's flapped and looked weak either, he's the no.2 keeper for a reason.  But his passing was sublime.

Funny how some see it, I thought Morley was comfortably our best player. He at least didn’t hide unlike captain Lego head next to him.

To be fair I was at the bar after 25 mins of the first half! 🤣

How could the prick leave Matete and Tutu out - Evatt ffs leave

It beggars belief.  Those two are currently our best players by a country mile.  But IE thinks Tomo and JDC are better.

Southwood was the only one doing anything to try to stop it to be fair. Probably did as much as he could given the bounce. If you can bear it, probably worth a second watch.

Haha tickled me that as it’s so true

Manny Road were fucking brutal at times

The hapless bloke on the microphone at half-time used to cop it a lot. Brutal, Boltonian humour.

Has Morley touched it?

Can't remember him being referred to by Iles.

The midfield is non-existent.

GT seems to have lost an idea of what he's supposed to do, the back line constantly changes, and they're exposed, and have lost faith in each other.

Confidence non existent.

Surely the board can't let this continue.

Morley was half decent to be fair, not outstanding but tidy and I don't remember him giving the ball away.  Bloody awful free kick from a decent position at 1-2 mind.

Seen it on twitter and it gets worse the more I see it. You can't push it back out like that.

I was one of the original golden gamble sellers in the mid 90’s. We got 10p for every ticket sold. Each week we were moved around the ground. Manny Road always my favourite spot. Made nothing until 2.55 but for a 10 minute period as they all fell out the King Bill half pissed, I’d make about £50 as they threw tenners at me. Felt like a king in my shitty Mancunian student digs some Saturday nights thanks to them fellas.

It's sad to read so many reports of supporters falling out with each other in the stands

Nearly fisticuffs in ESL near us.

Sure one was one of Ashburner market faces lot or whatever they're called.

This is your squad Ian and you've shaped it over many windows. Can't bemoan suddenly not having target men, when you've released what you had and replaced them with sockdowns to fit a magical unicorn system you've conjured up 🤡

I'll have another look when I can face it. Only other option would be push it over the bar, but can't remember how feasible that was.

he more or less got mental fragility AND resilience in there. Good effort.

Not at all, earned it with a good move.  A draw was a fair result.

Wehey!

Good on yer- plenty of folk all over are talking about it as if it is somehow inferior.

Own goals come about as a result of mistakes made by defenders put under pressure.

Still, the overall effort is well short.

I agree Morley was the best of our starters (not as good as any recent performances by Matete though IMO) but I never saw Tomo hiding, I saw a player desperate to get involved, trying to tackle, trying to get us moving forward.  Just without the ability to make it happen.

grown men giving Evatt shit for 45 minutes then crying when he gives a little back 🤪

You are correct, but as others have said, he isn't averse to dishing abuse out himself.

He also had had several pops over the season in the media.

Whatever the rights and wrongs are, it is a poor look, and plenty of clubs would look on such behaviour disapprovingly.
