I would love to get one for me and the eldest but we would miss between us at least half a season each with work etc.

May still be cheaper given our ridiculous match day prices

Where were we this time last year? I'm sure it was 16,000 although I may be talking utter bollocks

You know, thick cunt here didn't think about that. Though we kind of wanted to go together but it could be an option!

I highly doubt we were anywhere near 16,000.

Or ridiculously cheap season tickets, depending on which way you cut it.

Can you remember where we were? Or are we about level pegging?

Early bird is nearly over and I imagined 90% of the ST sales would be during this period?

The 2024/25 Early Bird season ticket window closed earlier this week with the final number of sales reaching a phenomenal 15,337.

Numbers could fly if we beat Blackpool and Wigan

Or slow right down if we don't

It depends. If you are talking on a day-by-day basis then around 5.5k, but the Early Bird period this year isn't as long

That'll be it then - thanks mate. I thought we'd got around 16,000! 👍

So ALMOST 16,000 then? 🤣

I did put the caveat in that I might be talking bollocks! 😁

This time was about a month later last time though. But I don't know if we're comparing applesand oranges. I can't remember when they started selling last time.

15,337 was the early bird figure. Then you had a much smaller number who paid full price between May and August, and finally there was a few more who bought a half-season ticket in December. This brings you to the general assumption that we have around 16k season ticket holders. It’s just that not all were early bird purchases.

i'm torn... probably easier to just renew, but all being well i'll miss Y% of Saturday games. That leaves X instances of utter pricks sat behind me

Just renew Doc. It's only for a couple of hours a fortnight. Besides, if you don't the pricks behind you would be wondering whats happened to the prick who used to sit in front.  Same all over the ground I'm afraid.

it's so much easier to buy one than not at the prices, beats begging for a freebie every week

I miss bloody loads and never do a night match. My lads been to 3 or summet daft this season.

But I like my seat. And can't be arsed faffing when I can go.

Conscious it’s the season tickets thread so don’t want to take us off topic BUT we took 4 points of Brum and Wrexham. Almost certain it wouldn’t have happened.

He absolutely needs to bring his own players in (regardless of division) but I expect we’ll win one and lose one of next two. And it’ll be enough to keep us in touch

Feel free to gloat if / when I’m wrong 😊

Isn't that 5 points?

Night league matches I go to, because the pub runs a bus that's handy for me.

Cup matches and ones where my ticket is a fiver a don't bother with. I still get a ticket (for Wembleys sake) but watch it in the pub. It makes more financial sense.

Ah. I meant in the two recent games. Pre Schumacher doesn't exist in my head 🙂

15000 plus to 12000 is a 20% drop.

Would  not surprise if there was such a drop.
