I think the only issue there's ever been with it is the sponsor colour, women's version looks spot on. 

Not bad, like the collar, I've a scrawny neck so a bit of a stand up on it looks better on me

Very good that they're doing women's fits on both mens and women's, stepdaughter might be tempted with one, and this further form of integration of the women's team is a good thing.
