Are we assuming will be postponed due to International call ups ?

ACD must be close to U21s if he made long squad last time. Not sure what Stevenage have and if any earlier postponements they had were due to other teams ?
 

Bradford at home is the week after and away tickets for that were sold out last week. No mention that I have seen about these.

Interesting though if they've not rearranged Barnsley from start of September but have Peterborough from end of October

So if we lose to Swindon and Pboro beat Barnsley. This could be on 3rd day

When we got so shit that we have to qualify for the 3rd round 😂 

I’m confused (easily done TBF) but why were there only 10 games originally scheduled for Saturday? 
Had eg Cardiff who have only played 14 already pulled out?

They were supposed to play Huddersfield but was called off a couple of weeks ago. Not sure why it isn’t listed as postponed on any of the fixture list feeds unless it’s because it was so long ago that it was called off (and whichever the other missing game is)

It’s not difficult. He’s away with the NI squad. Didn’t make the bench tonight but he is in Slovakia as part of the squad and will be in the squad for Monday’s night match in Belfast.

Teams do take more players than can be part of the starting XI and bench, in case players get ill or injured in training. We do the same when we’re at home, never mind travelling to Eastern Europe.

 It’s difficult for me as I think it’s a load of wank.

Forino could play and we could easily be getting on with the job in hand.

Doesn't matter what we think, there are a set of rules by which clubs have to adhere- releasing players for international duty is one of them.

By means of compensation, clubs can call a game off if they lose a few.

Quite simple really. 

Of course both clubs could agree to play a game regardless, so if they don't then surely they're ones creating the load of wank.

Let’s hope you are right - it’s a reasonable explanation.

But It is a fall from grace mind to be the starting CB v Germany in one squad, to the bench the next squad, to be omitted from the 23.

Especially when IMO his Bolton form recently has been arguably his best form since he’s been with us.

He was dropped after gifting Germany the first goal and hasn’t started since. Somebody said he has a hip injury and that’s why he wasn’t even on the bench; that’s twice he will come back injured if that is the case

That’s the best bit of Bolton news we’ll hear today 👏

He’ll be fit and fresh for the biggest game he’ll be involved in this week.

Hope they’ve given Luxembourg 5000 tickets, he could do with finding out how to cope in front of a big away following.

There’s a quirk in that one that Barnsley play Peterborough so does look like something might end up on that weekend. Pretty sure Rotherham last season initially changed to midweek then went to a free Saturday later on.
