Dont disagree with any of that. But not mentioning unlimited distance 50c public transport fares a glaring omission. This was introduced just over a year ago and unsurprisingly increased usage.

One thing I've picked up on is the population of Brisbane is growing rapidly as folk get out of Melbourne and Sydney because they're too expensive and crowded

And they'll get on top of the infrastructure sooner rather than later as they've got the Olympics in 2032

So we've come at the right time in terms of investment etc, looks like on the verge of boom
