Has to be injuries to midfielders to not have EE or Simons on the bench - if that’s the case though, I don’t understand why you don’t put the extra centre back in and make it more solid there. 5 at the back with Sheehan and RR in front would look a lot less fragile. April 3Apr 3 Well considering they haven’t played for nearly two weeks it seems strange to leave the likes of EE, XS and Forino out so surely it can only be some kind of illness or injury. Really pleased to see young Richie in the squad though and whatever happens I hope he gets chance for a run out.

It's hardly football genius understanding of the game that one of our better B team lads is on the bench when a bunch of other players in his position are out.
April 3Apr 3 Don't get me wrong I hope Ritchie has a great game if he gets on and really challenges the 1st team. But he'd be nowhere near the squad without the gang of players out for various reasons. Dempsey, forss, ACD, CBT, Simons, Erhahon that's at least 6 ahead of him in the pecking order.
