I’ve never really bothered with pre season games abroad that much but, still on the high from Wembley, I’m popping to Slovakia with lad & dad on 17th July to watch us play (as we’re away for all other friendlies)

Theres an official thing with destinology but i’m booking our own route.

For those thinking of heading over, it’s worth noting that Dunajská, where the game is at, is about 2 hours away from Bratislava on the train. Hotels in Dunajska are cheap as chips (£90 for a triple room with breakfast) for the day of the game on the 17th & saves the hassle of getting back to the capital after the game.

I know it's our first preseason game but this is properly bad.

Yeah you are right . Ive paid it and the stream instantly popped up .

Taylor, Randall, McAtee, all poor and nowhere near good enough.

I know its the 1st pre season game but we are just seeing the same problems that will never go away. You either have it or you don't.

After suffering through all this competence in the WC, it was lovely to see McAtee thunder a shot into the stand. We're BACK!

Questionable the value of a game against a side miles further on in their prep when we only went back into training barely a fortnight ago, other than it being a bit like that City showcase game in midweek, circulate the video to interested clubs.

Two woeful goals conceded though we ought actually to have been level, three good situations wasted near the end

Yard slower than these.....Stephenson best of a bad bunch......We will get better but if we start with Bonham we are not going to survive.

Just my opinion

Do DAC not realise its a friendly, every little dirty trick they can get away with, reminds me of when we played Sociedad ( i think) in a friendly there hands were going up for everything - even the toss 🤣
