I wonder how many KD has scored in a similar amount of matches? I'm sure Sluffy can find out? I bet its not much more.

 

My point being that we all praise KD as we know what a good job he does. So I think we should give Heidar a chance before we start fecking moaning.

absolutely spot on, Sammy Lee doing great job, just hold onto Anelka get a bit of pace onboard, and this season is going to be a belter.

It was clear from LSLs attempts to sign Sibierski that he was afetr an experienced back up striker and that is what HH is - that's fine by me. 10 yellows and 1 red card and 3 goals in 16 games last season suggest he puts himself about a bit.

When I saw him play for Watford, he was a bit of a Springheel Jack. Having been reared (in my extreme youth I add) on Nat and then afterwards Wyn, I hope he keeps the BW get up for it tradition of "Gerrup there" going. I couldn't give a tinker's for the fee.

Whilst most of us see ?2m as an obscene amount of money to spend on a player, I actually think that this is a very good bit of business given current market values. I'd take Heidur over Mido, Nugent and Fulham's Kamara even at the same prices let alone for a third of what they cost. Heidur was awesome at Watford and I''d like to hope that little Sam can get him back to that player.

 

However with him, McCann and Davies in the squad I'm confident we won't be winning the fair play league this season.
