Hanyhoo, I meant after it was Clouseaus. How f?cking old are you to remember going there?

 

Used to go on Mondays to watch the mud wrestling after a night in the Vulcan/Queen Ann/Stags Head

Used to be a furniture shop, lately known as Buffet King.

 

Wiseguys / Diamonds etc is where Brunels and the like where.

What was the bar on Knowsley Street called? Late 80s I think.

Had me first pint there at the tender age of 14, Thwaites Bitter. Very pleasant before venturing to Sparrows. The pub was full of codgers though and never asked for ID.
