As Mount's said i'll think we'll nick it 1 - 2.

Davies Klasnic

I'll be there :drinks:

Was that Trevor Francis and the first game of the season?

I remember getting dicked 4-0 first game of the season

It was.

Megson will set us up for a 0-0 and we wil get batttered,Brum win written al over it.

We'll go for 0-0 draw and get battered 4-1.

Chucho Benitez hat-trick and a Kevin Phillips header (Outjumping Zat Knight-mare).

Oh fuck, the jam rag agrees with me!

And BHam fans as well?

them as well

Just hope e have a go at them . 4 4 2 . KLASNIC to get the winner 1 - 2 bolton afther riding our luck . :good:

I usually drive over to Brum, but I'll get the train this time. So my prediction is I'll get battered, and we'll win 3-2 :yahoo:

?15 a ticket

?22 for a train ticket

very tempted

Megson will set us up for a 0-0 and we wil get batttered,Brum win written al over it.

Dear DR.

I've done. I've found 1 post amongst your 60+ that is vaguely positive - see, you can do it - why not try it again, your whole life outlook may improve and who knows? It could lead to sex?:

Personally I reckon we have a chance of a great start.

v Sunderland 3pts

vHull 1pt

v Liverpool 0 pts

v Pompey 3pts

v Stoke 3pts

v Brum 1 pnt

vSpurs 3 pnts

v scum 0 pnts

14 points from 8 games seems like a good return and sets us up for a steady season.

A lively day out -in August a Stoke fan got a fractured skull there - and there"s a few good pubs round New St - i"m going .

Was anyone else at Birmingham when Julian Darby scored with a header.......from about 30 yards. I"m sure it happened.

after last nite ime going for 4-1 we allways dick someone away at least once a season :drinks:

Aye I remember but that was pre-season when we were being promised attacking football. The rest have all been since the season started, and been served up with shite a'lorange

Aye I remember but that was pre-season when we were being promised attacking football.

By whom, when? Put up or shut up.

I think Brum are a limited side and we will beat them by the odd goal.

I don't think we'll lose, I'll go for 1-1 (Benitez for them, Elmander equaliser for us) because we seem unable to keep clean sheets unfortunately. I reckon we should give 442 a try but accept we probably won't as we're away in a 'mustn't lose' game. The team put down by tyls on another thread would probably be good, although Megson may see having Lee, Gardner and Taylor in the side as not being physical enough to cope at a place like Brum, so I reckon he may go with

Jussi

Ricketts Cahill Knight Samuel

Muamba

McCann Cohen

Elmander Taylor

K Davies

With Gardner, Lee and Klasnic on the bench if we need attacking options later on

Now that Elmander is out of the team, its a chance to get a midfield 5 in that is a midfield! Leave Davies up top out of the way.

We've got no chance now, Lawrenson reckons we'll win!

Birmingham are really down to the bare bones - they've got loads and loads of injuries - but the Carson Yeung takeover is obviously going to happen now and they are near the start of a completely different era.

Bolton have been scrapping away, and scored that late, late goal against Stoke last weekend before getting a good win over West Ham in the Carling Cup. I just wonder whether they might have turned the corner a little bit - they could edge this but it won't be a rip-roarer.

Verdict: 1-2

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/8272468.stm

1-2 win

1-0 to "THE" Blues.

Why do manky brummies or midlanders always put "The" in front of a team when talking about them.....the blues, the villa, the baggies, the wolves????

Brum are the worst team in the Prem for attacking from what i have seen, the villa game being the best example,

dont think they will score but we will,twice.0-2

we'll get tatered, 2 maybe 3 nil

we'll get tatered, 2 maybe 3 nil

Nine goals in our last four games leads me to think that we will score :pardon:

Brum 1

Bwfc 2
