Ive just watched scum

Never watched it all through before

If you're on about the Ray Winston/Phil Daniels film it's still as tough and uncompromising 40 years after it was made.

Not sure what to make of the BBC play though

speaking of the Matrix

here comes number 4

I'll have to watch it

I'm just concerned I'll have to watch all 2 & 3 again to remind myself how things were left

because my OCD won't allow me to just watch number 1 again before watching 4

Dont put yourself through the sequels! Heard about the new one over summer so re-watched the original, still great still love the tone of it when they're within the Matrix, and the action.

Had to give up on 2. I remember it being a bit shit at the cinema but now however many years down the line it is its worse... that fucking Zion rave dear me.

dunno why but A Clockwork Orange is being shown at light cinemas at the moment

seen it on the big screen once about 20 years ago in a crappy old odeon in manc

so all over this

going Sunday night, on my todd, and from the looks of it on the booking system there'll only be 2 or 3 others there

ace

They should do more of this - showing older classics - or some modern ones that don't make the mainstream cinema.

I'm a fan of kitschy old horror films. Currently sat in my front room half way through Re-Animator 😁

I can’t decide if that looks great like the first or shite like the 3rd

Was hoping they cast Sam Jackson as Laurence Fishburne by mistake

Just watched Jungle Cruise with the kid. Pretty good tbf. I know a few on here have young kids and would definitely recommend this if they ain't got now't to do or for a bit if family time. Decent watch + Emily Blunt.

well that was great

must've seen it at least 20 times, maybe more (which made me wonder what's considered "alot" for watching a film)

but seeing it on the big screen remastered defintely made it seem a bit different, was convinced there were bits from it I'd not seen before, like a directors cut or something, but was probably just pissed/stoned every time I saw it previously

50 years old it is too

Anyone seen The Many Saints Of Newark, the early years Sopranos film?

I really want to but the amount of people in my circle of mates who haven’t seen the sopranos is ridiculous. So I’m not going on my own.

Might put out an ad for new mates

Watched it on the night of release, a good film and great to see some of the back story and characters earlier in their lives. Michael Gandolfini is superb as young Tony and there are great moments which bring back the memories of the original TV series.

However because it is a film we don't get the same exploration of character and scene building as the show so it is a different beast.

Potential for a series spinout of this though which could be brilliant

I've never seen The Sopranos or The Wire, people look at me like I'm an alien when I tell them that 🙂

I've also never seen any Godfather films

Yet you’ve watched Aquaman
