Well...it had to be said

we beat spurs 3-2 last season in a cracking game full of twists and turns

2 seasons ago we did, Huddlestone should get banned for that stamp on Elmander.

I think because the ref didn't produce a card, the FA can retrospectively do something about it. I bet they don't though!

They should though, he could have caused permanent damage to Elmanders insides.

no mention of it on the sky football first highlights

just watched sky first, i had forgotten how bad that first half was after the brilliance of the secondbiggrin.gif

Made issue of it on MOTD saying he likely to be getting a call from the FA!!

That's all well and good, but won't help us. He should have walked there and then, he'l probably get a 1 match ban against Blackbrun at home, who they'll hump anyway (with or without him)

With your phillosophy we wuld not have scored the fourth, as I have said and will continue to say, we will lose some playing this way but it is great entertainment and I think the risk is worth it, if you want fear football lets have the ginger one back.

A...fookin...men to that Sister

I don't think any tactical change would have stopped either Spurs goals but without Petrov on we're not scoring that 4th goal - coyle in his pre-match said yes spurs are good but we're thinking more about the problems we can cause them brilliant attitude megson would have said our season isn't decided against the top teams, with their budget v's ours we can only hope not to get spanked, when i joined this club we had 5 points from blah blah blah..........

Taylor is getting some unfair stick for sure he has done alot for BWFC in the relegation scraps imparticular he's an instictive player for me, running on to things hitting long range shots etc when he dwells on the ball thats when he makes mistakes and then he looks really slow trying to win it back he can do a job for us but if Petrov is fit he's getting in a coyle team all day long and taylor wont want to warm the bench at this stage in his career, if coyle keeps taylor this summer and i hope he does he's a better man manager than even i thought he was.

Cracking result

More of the same please

I'm hungover and we sit 5th, lifes grand, enjoy it...

Cracking win people, Kevin Davies......what a player !!!

Go on then

Who do you reckon man of the match was???

For me I'd say Muamba, just for that crunching tackle that led to the first goal which lifted what was a terrible game to that point

Muamba, Davies, Holden were superb.

You played well. Some cracking football.

where did you disappear to last week danny???

i thought the 2nd half performance was some of the best play from a wanderers team since the rioch days,

muamba and chungy had there best games of the season, and holden just looks a superb player.

with a bit more luck and composure we could have scored 8.

Redknapp changed the game when he went 442. We overan and completely dominated the game from that moment on. Well done twitcher. Well done every player in a white shirt yesterday.

I'm surprised you're up pal, you were lookin a bit worse for wear in the 3 crowns hahaha

cahill won almost everythin against crouch

Cahill was immense yesterday. Immense. With Capello present he must have given his cause a massive boost. I've never seen Crouch get outplayed in the air as much. You'd have thought we'd have paired the taller Zat Knight up with Crouch - but for some reason Cahill was able to outleap him every single time.

Great ball upfield by Cahill to Davies for Petrov's goal as well.

Still think Stu Holden's tackle in the 93rd minute was the highlight of the game. Awesome.

ive felt better, but a bag of salt and vinegar seabrooks for brekkie has sorted my hangover out. i should no better at my age that a 12 hour sesh isn't big or clever.

Regards huddlestone

Ive only ever done east lower and north lower, but sitting in the posh seats really does give you a whole different perspective on things, was fascinated watching the benches during the matches and what goes on

After that stamp, Joe Jordan and Redknapp had a word with each other, then Jordan goes over to coyle, puts his hand on his back and has a word in his ear, it looked very much like an apology which coyle accepted, as Jordan walked back, coyle looks in redknapps direction and twitchy holds his hand up to him as if to say "yeah sorry mate"

So they def saw it for what it was, it won't help us but it would be nice if the fa did too

If we lost the likes of you would be calling everyone in a white shirt. Yes its great to have a good team again and everyone played well apart from one player who I thought was completely lacking what it takes to be a premiership player. I would love Taylor to prove me wrong but after two seasons of performances like he has put in I cant see it

And I totally agree with Robinson and Steinson who I like many others thought they would never make it - both are playing extremely well.

its not that long ago that taylor was being mentioned for england, yesterday was only his second start this season ,he will need a few more games to get upto premiership pace.apart from his goal yesterday petrov has'nt exactly been riping up trees.
