Mounts Kipper Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 (edited) Not strictly Bolton but... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5brRV7HRjE http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2013/nov/08/joy-of-six-fa-cup-first-round Proper football bumpy pitch solid tackles no rolling around, great atmosphere, the great pitches today don't make for as good a spectacle IMHO. While watching this I thought it incredible that there was no tv footage of our semi-finals against Everton. Edited November 11, 2013 by Mounts Kipper Quote

COYW Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 While watching this I thought it incredible that there was no tv footage of our semi-finals against Everton. There is footage of our semi-final v Everton, or at least there will be once ITN get around to uploading it to their online archive. The same applies to the footage of the promotion game at Ewood in 1978: http://www.wanderersways.com/forum/topic/78319-bwfc-footage-from-the-itn-archives/ The shot lists should give you some idea of the footage they have. Guest bwfcdan Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 Not Bolton as such, but former trotter (albeit briefly) Glen Little scoring last week. Decent. Quote

gonzo Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 Fanx Guv. A quick google leads me to believe its a pretty crap place in borough of Harrow. Wealdstone has the highest crime rates in the borough. The town suffers from high anti social behavior and drug crime, It has been dubbed an “open market for drugs” by the head of the Wealdstone Antisocial Behaviour Partnership (WASP) started by the Metropolitan police to tackle crime in the town. Where is whealdstone by the way? Wealdstone is between Harrow town centre and Harrow & Wealdstone station. They used to be a top non-league club, but sold their ground to a supermarket, were ground-less for several years, and recently settled into Ruislip Manor's (as was) ground. The Harrow Borough V Wealdstone derby usually gets a bit tasty. OK ? Quote

Barnet's new gaff was initially intended for Wealdstone but they ran out of cash midway through building it a few years ago apparently and Barnet took it on as their training ground before moving in this season.
