It doesn't really matter what other teams do. We need to start winning ourselves first.

 

We are fecking shit though at the minute and if we get beat by Blackburn on Tuesday then I'll have no doubts that we are going down.

Some work rate and passion might help.

Organisation

Both of the above, plus someone to get the meaasage to the players.

Need better players who also have passion and someone who can organise a team to play as a team with the right selection depending who we are playing THAT WILL KEEP US UP

From what I've seen the only thing that can save us is other teams going into free fall. Coyle can quote passion, pride, commitment and all the other bollox he thinks we need to hear but unless we play someone on a bad day I can see no immediate fix.

Get some bodies back. Holden back in training with the club helps, likewise Chungy - we need people with some enthusiasm around the place, playing or not. Getting some playing, even better.

 

I'm positive, I think we'll have a good latter part of the season and come back from this stronger. No manager would come here and do much better - we'll end up with an also-ran who will do nothing for the long-term future of the club.

 

If you think the likes of Mark Hughes would come in on his white horse, you drink too much.

 

We need a decent transfer window, some luck with injuries and some bloody backbone. Starting tomorrow.

I can guarantee there is as it was around the time we were getting spanked by 3 or 4 goals at the start the year

 

which would be around the time folk would be frustrated we didn't bring in players for a CL push
