Don't forget the ?40k fine.

Will he get paid while he's banned?

The irony is that he favours the missing link.

No, that's why I said it was ironic.

An FA Cup tie against Oldham and the Carling Cup semis. I bet he's gutted.

I predict a minutes silence.

Reading the statement on the Liverpool website seems they are quite angry about it.

Angry with the FA? They must have had enough evidence to have found him guilty, therefore, Liverpool should shut the fuck up.

And what were you doing on their website?

wonder what Blatter makes of the 8 game ban? handshake would of been sufficient?

Surely he should be expecting a call from Dibble?

Isn't it still a police case for Terry, I guess they are waiting for the CPS to decide what to do.

Minutes silence at next game @ Anfield then.

shit fan

am i right in thinking he called him a cheeky little monkey?

A ridiculous sentence based on one mans word against another. If I was involved, I'd be taking this to the highest court in the land. Opened a right can of worms now. If they are going to hand out bans like this based on pissy evidence, I can see the unscrupulous using this as a tactic to weaken an opponent for a period of weeks.

Daft and OTT.
