I saw Tommy Cooper, Bob Monkhouse, Showaddywaddy,Zat Knight abd the Pips and Freddie Starr amongst others. A good nights entertainment and a good chance of a leg over. Had an erm ..altercation with Showawaddy in the Moat House, Chester one night. Load of us used to go in every sunday and they turned up late on, in the multicoloured drapes, giving it large in what was 'our' bar! Quote
