Storms seem to have faded now. One in Nottingham/Sheffield etc seemed to be heading this way but it's gone.

Had 2 very hot hours in the garden (H Town) followed by it pissing down for 20 mins.

Heavens burst about 20 minutes ago. Rain has calmed a bit but still thundering. Was just about to head up to the UniBolt to collect a club shop order but I think I’ll hang on for a bit. 

Two storms, one in the west, your way, and on in manc.

Big rain now.

Internet/broadband gone.

My lad has just sat watching the lightning in H Town. Absolutely loving it!

Watching lightning maps, Malvern crescent over IIM/Hindley way just got a pummeling a minute or two back.

Just watching the clouds above us. Black and grey and swirling around- half expecting a tornado.

Really malevolent sky.

Just had a few minutes of almost constant strikes without being particularly dark. Looked mad.
