Fairly certain no one is arsed, but we're still buzzing so I'm telling you all anyway.  We got incredibly lucky, thankfully! Weather was spot on and it properly set the tone for a perfect day, co

Conspiracy Twitter is all over the place with this one.

Flat earthers are saying it’s being controlled like the weather in the Truman Show, Chemtrail spastics are saying it’s a way to intensify the chemicals, and I’m pretty sure there’ll be one or two blaming the royal family.

This pic will add fuel to the nut jobs’ fire…

I think you just need to put an apostrophe before the s.

Presumably his brother, not a child.

Anyway, it's fucking atrocious again.

Footpath at the back of me is a brown stream.

Indeed it is my bro, thanks for the thought though Franky.

Crikey, that's rough.

How's he doing overall?

Is he getting about to any extent, or is it still a struggle?

5 degrees and sideways torrential rain up on the moors today.

Aye its not warm in south london today, yesterday was enjoying a coffee in lovely spring sunshinein Greenwich...image.thumb.png.ee015d9622996e5d317a9e46e1562338.png

Holiday Park in West Sussex evacuated because of flood waters and 65mph winds.

Warmest March on record according to some European body- doesn't feel like it mind.

I believe the rain since last July, never mind last April, would have it as the 11th wettest year on record

River Arun is always pretty high so not surpised.

Although, once it's drained, people should visit Arundel - its very nice.

Wonder if they still get chemicals leeching into the play ground at the high school thanks to all this rain.

It'll look like funky tie dye

Recently he's been pretty mobile, able to kind of limp on crutches. One leg is 70% healed but the other leg a different story.

All that progress going back months now though as they discovered infection under one of the plates and infection has eaten into his bone and in where the breaks are, hence they haven't bonded yet.

They are now talking the plate out, chiselling infected bone away then putting bone from his other leg in there, over the course of 6 weeks and 2 to 3 ops that is.

His leg is then going in a cage thing, they are hoping he will be pretty mobile with that on as his foot sticks out the bottom. That's after 4 weeks of absolutely no weight bearing mind.

Grim as fuck. All to clean a window :(

Jesus.

That's grim.

Unfortunately, infection is a risk with metal in the body.

My dad went for hip replacement, and never came out.

Aye if you face little lever school the land to the left between there and the bridal way is an old chemical works back before they gave a shit about safe disposal so it's all just buried underground.

It was re-capped or some such a while ago.

Made a difference, but not perfect and still some leachate.

Bizarrely, Nob End is also a former chemical works site, and yet the remnants and contamination has left it a rare place and it's a SSSI now.
