June 18, 201214 yr Im actually not disappointed Knight is staying, he has the ability to be a success at this level it also shows that it's not a broken squad, yes he's been a twat but he has a chance to redeem himself, it also saves money to spend on strengthening other areas of the squad.

We would no doubt have to fork out over ?2M to replace him, if him staying means that we can still spend some money on another CB then it's not a bad thing. Maybe, just maybe, a bit of competition is what he needs. Anyway, we've already got our scapegoat in place for next season nice and early, so onwards and upwards with some quality plays now
June 18, 201214 yr I've been one of his biggest critics, but now that hes re-signed I'm prepared to give h a clean slate. As others have said, he will either become our early season scape goat or a blessing in disguise.

It will be good to have a player like Ream learning from the positive side of Knights game and tbh there wont be many journeymen defenders we can poach to do this, as someone has said he's had 10 years premiership experience, that's gotta be worth something.
