Back in God's Own and one fish barm later feeling unnervingly chipper, think I've just topped myself up with slow and steady lager tops (hello sailor!) along the way.

 

Stevieb's post about being in the doghouse kept me going through some of the grimmer moments today (such as running a gauntlet of balaclava-clad army men mooching about with AK-47s at the airport).
