mannyroad58
The so called fans who heard him should be banned from the ground the soft bastards, i hate the fact that fans can sing, swear, scream obsenaties at the ref or players but as soon as they get it back they going running to the authorities, grow the fuck up and fuck off

Members bolty58
Reporting down here that he used the word 'monkey' when Mikel was within earshot. A fcuking good job Chelsea chose Harry J and The Allstars 'Liquidator' as their theme tune then and not this other Ska classic:-

Big_Sharps
Was it a member of the public wot grassed him up? Can somebody seriously ring up the police to report something they didnt like in a televised football match and the police have to investigate it? Big_Sharps
No different than what most the footballing viewing public says about the Spanish on a regular basis.
enzo gambaro
That isn't racist. It's a stupid thing to say for someone who is responsible for maintaining calm, though. He's always given the impression that he treats players with contempt and I've often criticised his general demeanour around the pitch. If he doesn't like the way players speak to him, he has cards in his pocket to deal with that. He shouldn't be resorting to primary school tit-for-tat. Wanker. no balls
Enzo's right. Sounds like a cocky statement and really he should know better. No racist, just bloody stupid.

jules_darby
It's not ideal, but individual referees can't just suddenly take it on to use their cards in circumstances where others wouldn't - there would be chaos....and individual referees would be dropped for doing such anyway If there was a real directive that everyone that abused a ref got a card and it worked then fair enough, but has the "respect" campaign for example worked?? Has it fuck If I abuse someone and they tell me to shout the fuck up, then I take it - that's the way it should be
enzo gambaro
So do we assume that there's a directive to ignore the laws of the game?
jules_darby
I don't know what we assume, but what we KNOW is that players regularly abuse referees What happens at the moment doesn't work
mannyroad58
It doesn't happen in rugby so why allow it in Football, they're all drama queens the lot of them, overpaid bellends who think the world revovles around them, i doubt Rooney and the rest of them would say boo to any rugby league or union player

Moderators Zico Posted October 30, 2012 Moderators Share Posted October 30, 2012 "I know you're Spanish but thats not my fault", apparently??!! ok, that fits so what did Mata say to get that reply? "could you tell me why you sent him off, but take your time and do it really slowly, so I understand, because I'm Spanish?" I really don't see the issue with that one
