Razaldo9 Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 I assume nixon is right with this then, one is gregus with option to buy, dawson on loan til the end of the year, look to buy then again and a winger in on loan I think. Quote

Carlos Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 Had Etoo come here, he may not have liked English football or developed into the player he did. Shoulda woulda coulda. Quote
no balls Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 So have I to give up any hope of Drogba coming? Quote
HomerJay Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 All on loan? Don't get that unless they are with a view to permanent at the end of season - 5 loanees doesnt strike me as "bigger" picture thinking It would if the were prem loans with a view to permanent deals if promoted Quote
TroySwoosh Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 you can take the piss out of the Eto'o stuff but at the end of the day we were all chuffed to bits when he got the big names to come to us, won't ever happen again I remember someone on here mentioned Djorkaeff and got laughed at, then we actually got the fucker! Thats why the Big Sam era was so good as you were Quote

But then again you plastic mancs would prefer success that a real club. Personally I think you can all do one. BWFC is my club any issues fuck off Quote

BWFC is my club any issues fuck off Exactly, friend of a friend of my aunties, mothers brother, knows PG, his words " if SA had had his way he would have bankrupted the club" Champions league, maybe, embarrassment (like Everton) without doubt. Would of been great at the time. But at Least we have a club and eleven ponces to shout at on the pitch each week. Rather be where we are now than in pompeys situation. Quote
kent_white Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Does anybody else think Sam might just need a few quid in January and is using this bullshit story as some kind of parable to make a point to the owners at West Ham. Seems very strange timing. There is also the small matter of Etoo actually wanting to come to Bolton. Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 (edited) I'm not a Sam fan as a person and at the end I did not enjoy the football but he is a manager who wins games and one who can attract players, would have been interesting if he had stayed and we had given him the money the subsequent managers have had especially Megson, who was the manager who benefitted most from Sams legacy but failed miserably to improve on it despite spending millions.
