Nicholas Sebastian Anelka

A few months and without a trace. Thus concludes the experience of Nicolas Anelka with Juventus. The French footballer arrived in Turin in January during the repair market already has your bags ready. For he promises a return to England and in particular to Bolton; for the French it would be a return because he has already played with the club that plays in the Championship (our series B) from 2006 to 2008 over 50 appearances and scored 23 goals. Was not a particularly successful adventure to Anelka to Juventus. The bianconeri have wanted to get their hands on his Chelsea teammates Didier Drogba but the high cost of hiring has slowed down any ambitions. The choice of black leadership is so gone on 34 French striker who would have the task of reinforcing numerically the Department (after injury to Bendtner) and maybe to bring international experience especially in key Champions. But with Antonio Conte the relationship never blossomed. for him to just two appearances and no goals (although it might take the field in the last championship of the bianconeri 's). Now for the French return to open the doors of England where he had his best seasons but especially has managed to evolve as a player.

Apart from Hierro?

Didn't play enough games for us but a really high class player. Would have liked to have seen him play in his pomp.

Apart from Hierro?

Depends on if yours judging them as the best player based on what they do for us, or throughout their career

Hierro had some decent games for us bit doesn't come close to what Okocha did for us in terms of performance and that

And even he's behind Djorkaeff, for me like

Apologies if this insults someone, but is this rumour by the same people who said Leicester and Forest were drawing? FWIW it would be great to see him back here but I will believe it when I see him walking through the doors of the Reebok with a signed contract

Anelka was a very good player but had a very questionable temperament.

Jay Jay Okocha had eveything and wins hands down on the best player ever to wear the shirt IMO.

Anelka was one of the most hard working in a white shirt, which suggests his temperament was spot on.

Far from it, for all we were told, in my opinion he was a model pro.

I remember him as lazy

I remember him as choosing his effort wisely.

SKD would chase down anything, Anelka would make a decision.

If he thought he would gain anything by running his knackers off to get to the ball then he'd be off, if he didn't then he'd save his energy and get flak for being lazy.

This.

Classed as lazy, by people who travel on a Sunshine bus.

Remember him legging it half the length of the pitch at full pelt to track back and put a tackle against Arsenal in that cup game we lost in extra time

Plus SKD was chasing back as he probably had just lost possession...strikers score goals end of, and he did that to great purpose for us

And not getting sent off, even though he was last man

Made me smile that. Must be one that runs full to the reebok every match.

Same kind of imbeciles that scream at Chris Eagles to 'get your fucking foot in you soft munich twat'

Are we signing him or not ? I'm lost in all of this chat.

Nah you see I reckon that's fair enough at times

Anelka wasn't actually lazy; it was decision making and hi lack of chasing down never cost us

Eagles can be a powder puff wanker and his lack of tackling at times certainly did

That said I agree with your general sentiment

Don't tease

According to that, Middlesboro have more money than us

Makes sense to me this must be the big signing Nixon is talking about. Would love him back.

people wouldn't go to migglesboro just for the money

people wouldn't go to migglesboro just for the money

They have, repeatedly, in the past.

Anelka linked with us purely because we're a "previous club", don't think DF would go the FSA route for one minute
