I work flexi so don't go in until > 10am. It's the only way. I'd rather retire than have to get out of Bolton at 8am.

I think that has to be an option for workers going that way as a potential 2 hour commute for 15miles is ridiculous

Me too.  I either leave at 6.30 or at 8.45.  Not worth bothering in between those times as it will take 2-3 times longer.

I do 7am til 3;30  to try to avoid the traffic, leave the house at 5.50 usually having a brew at 6.55. Coming home can be fooking anytime

I'm not sure I could even think about taking a job South of Htown unless it was central manchester. Fuck knows how you all cope, I'd be doing a Michael Douglas.

When I'm not down in th'east midlands I should be working from Salford near media city.

My routine is currently get up at 8:20, check emails with a brew at 8:30, watch a bit of breakfast telly, get dressed about 9:45, decide I can't be arsed going in and stay at wom.

I'll tell you the problem with Britains Motorways, Dick heads, that's what. Move the fuck over when you have overtaken someone else, don't sit in the middle lane for another 10 miles, cunts the lot of them.

I drove around Holland last week, most motorways are 2 lanes, as soon as they have passed they shift over, not one traffic jam was I stuck in. Morning, Noon or night.
