It does depend what his targets are. He might not be tasked with getting us promoted this year, or even into the play offs.......we just don't know

whatever they are, we need to avoid our worst start in 3 seasons

edit: 3 if you include PL

Do we give Dougie? I am a big fan and I can't see us getting anyone better, but if there is no sign of his "plan"it's time to take a gamble on someone else.

10 games for me

What's the point in putting a number on it? It's a results business, plans are not for numbskull's like you to worry about!

After yesterday, he gets till transfer deadline day. If three attacking players are bought in he can have a few more weeks tops

11 of us on the train home yesterday and in a not so good boozy mood. 50% split on boot him or keep him.

Still hoping something will change and it will all come good. but his formations and team selections often are very odd. I wouldn't give him more than 2 months, but think they will stick with him this season.

Beg to differ on this, I think even PG/ED wont take lower table in October

I reckon they've given up, surrendered to their impossible financial situation and will hope for survival for as far as the eye can see. They'll hope he keeps us up this term, then let his contract expire, then take a cheaper option, as we'll have a much reduced budget for next season.

Now that is scary thinking....

I just don't know anymore

Freedman just doesn't seem to learn. The way we played yesterday was just "same old" under him and I don think that will ever change.

But who else is there?

We're in a real mess and it ain't going to get better any time soon
