I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

Oliver Norwood has helped gain promotion from the Championship in each of the last 3 seasons with Brighton, Fulham and SheffUtd, appearing in at least half of the matches for each club.

It was in the Guardian's Knowledge column a few weeks ago.

Is that our Stephen Darby married to Steph Houghton?

Yes.

Bury up. Barnsley up. So we're a trip to either Sunderland, Portsmouth or both next season.

Suits me.  Sunlan is down the road and son lives near pompey

The fucking Ra-Ra’s

and potentially the Birkenhead jizzmops as well

this season keeps on giving

There's as much chance bury go bust as us

May as well merge and form an F.C. Bury of Bolton.

First game away at the volunteer in the hospital cup.

Bury up but have big problems off field

League 1 will be bloody hard next season furthermore with a point deduction

138 points to play for. Deduction of 12 means we can only get 126 points. I'd say that'd be enough to get us up! Allowing for the odd slip up or two

whilst an enitely different scenario, when we went up in 16/17, Sheff U were champions but  lost their first 3 games

so going up starting on -12 isn't out the question

but you're going to need a good squad and manager of course

I’d say better cut of teams this time around in league 1

anyway odds on unbeaten season

Derby leading at Swansea.

*** Swansea now equalised.

I know

They seem to have a habit of giving me something to enjoy as my team spirals into the abyss.

What a difference a good manager makes.

Electrifying from Barca, what a joy to watch. Proper football and Liverpool won’t play much better than that and still got battered.
