Didledee Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 sums you up does that lad he isn't better its not fifa sometimes he makes mistakes youd do well to remember that ????????? He's better than this as he doesn't always make mistakes. Quote
MalcolmW Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 ????????? He's better than this as he doesn't always make mistakes. but he's making them more often than he used to do... Quote
Sweep Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 (edited) ????????? He's better than this as he doesn't always make mistakes. He does make quite a lot of mistakes I reckon. He's quite often beaten at his near post, which is ridiculous for a "top" keeper. He's also not great at claiming crosses either. He's certainly the best English keeper, but he's still not great I don't think. Edited October 2, 2013 by CWP Quote
Didledee Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 (edited) but he's making them more often than he used to do... For England also, but he's shown how good he can be, tonight he hasn't been good enough, hence the he's better than this. He'd not be England No.1 if he was always like this after David James and others retired/ weren't good enough themselves (Rob Green, Foster, Robinson, Carson) Edited October 2, 2013 by Didledee Quote
Guest Blixa Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Has anyone mentioned that it only costs 6p or an old bottle top to get in to see Bayern recently? Quote
Marc505 Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Whos this miserable bloke doing the co-commentary on Anzhi v Spurs? Sounds genuinely gutted to have to make comments! Quote
Rembrandt Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 I was thinking of praising the Spurs fans for making a long long (and dangerous) trip to the shores of the Caspian Sea. Turns out it was played in Moscow. Sh*t fans ! Quote

enzo gambaro Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Dnipro and Fiorentina have kicked off in conditions not far short of our game with Zenit. 3000-mile round trips must make postponements difficult. Alonso starts. Not sure if anyone will finish. Quote

Mounts Kipper Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 I wonder what the crowd will be at the DW tonight? Quote
Traf Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 I wonder what the crowd will be at the DW tonight? Inbred, I'd guess. Quote

EyesRight Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Kicked off with Maribor in Wigan apparently, I'll try and find details. Quote
Sweep Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 12,000 Not bad for them. Good result aswell It's more than I thought they would get, I don't think we would have been greatly difference attendance wise if it was us playing Maribor Quote
Carlos Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Under 11K on for Braga, even though it was always full when we played in Europe. Under 10K in the home end for Aris. Quote
Carlos Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Anyway, sounds like it'll be a tasty away game for the Goon Squad. Quote

Tomski's correct, season ticket holders get free entry into all home group matches, without that I doubt they'd have hit 7/8k. Yeh, I'm bitter. Really wish it was us. Bastards. Quote
