I called three misses in that shoot out. 

The one lloris got a big hand to by the Swiss guy who looked 12 but it still went in. 

The guy who was faffing about placing the ball and looked like he was about to sky it but slotted it home probably the same guy mentioned by tshape

And mbappe... And even with him he looked calm, no faffing with the ball placement but just before his run up he bit his lip.

I can't see there being many goals in this, hope I'm wrong, but it just looks like two teams who don't want to lose, rather than two teams who want to go out and win

It looks too negative to me & smacks of a defence minded line-up. I’d have loved to see one or two of Grealish, Foden & Mount.

I'll say it now & stand by it.... If Rice & Phillips are our best central pairing then we are fucked. 

On the back foot first 10 mins, we don’t look like the home team up to now.

We have Foden, Grealish, Mount (OK, I'm not too struck on him). We play NONE of them. But Rice & Phillips start.

So Southgate hands the initiative to the, so far unconvincing, Germans. If you don't believe in your squad man then don't select it.

We have so many players on the bench that would frighten the Germans... Probably won't see any of them until we go behind though.
